Baker & Cook

 A friend and I headed to Greenwood to try out  Baker & Cook, a little bakery-eatery, on one of my Saturdays off. 

 Tried their pecan tart. Its crust had a nice crunch, and there was that sticky, chewy bit at the bottom which I love, and great flavour. Only complaint, more pecans please!

 Moccachino too milky for my taste.

And after that,  I went to run some errands (Saturdays are so busy!!) and then checked out the Peranakan Museum before service (which conveniently is just next to church!). 

It was free entry to all museums for the month of August as it was Singapore's 47th birthday this year, and this was the only one I managed to go to. Zzz... interesting exhibitions on Peranakan culture.
