Nasi Lemak

I was never really a fan of Malay food, until my mom came back with some one day for lunch. Then I fell in love with this. Nasi Lemak, which literally means Fatty Rice. 

Your choice of food tops a bed of fragrant, coconut rice, with a tasty chilli sauce, wrapped in a banana leaf.
