It was a sweltering day earlier this week, and that called for a long time favourite, The Daily Scoop's Surprising Coconut ice cream! My friend and I sat outdoors (it's ok, we had ice cream) as I shared my thoughts and life with her.
Life has taken a little turn but it'll be back on track soon with better things to come.
I love my life and all the wonderful people in it. Blessed.
